Basically, Alzheimer occurs because of several reasons including genetic, tau hypothesis, amyloid hypothesis and cholinergic hypothesis. Patients who suffer Alzheimer tend to give the risk to his next generation to 79%, it means; you have a greater risk in getting Alzheimer if your previous family had suffer the same illness. Cholinergic hypothesis refers to a type of medication that is applied to treat patients who suffer acetylcholine deficiency, but then; the researchers find out that the treatment is not effective. Cholinergic hypothesis which is given to the patients leads to the reduction of synthesis in neurotransmitter acetylcholine that causes Alzheimer. Tau hypothesis is a stage where the malfunction in biochemical communication occurs between the neurons. amyloid hypothesis is considered as one of the major cause that make a person suffering Alzheimer, even though you take vaccine to treat amyloid; but, the risk percentages will not be decreased. Actually Alzheimer which is caused by genetic problem is considered as the most common one; because the other three hypotheses are the outcome of specific medical treatment.

Alzheimer's is a progressive disease, the illness may start as a mild symptom; but the state of the patients will gradually decreasing by the time when the damaged area consist on the whole part of the brain. The symptom between one people with another might be different, but some of the general symptoms mostly occur to any patients; by seeing these general symptoms, you can ensure symptom of your illness.

One of the major symptom that occur in patient who suffer Alzheimer is inability to remember, the patient tend to forget about their necessary item such as hand phone, glasses, pen, and other. It might start with mild phase, but the patient will gradually forget the entire being around him. Parent with Alzheimer also has difficulties in communication; they tend to forget the words and the name of the person while talking.  Their inability to communication not only lays on their inability to remember names and word; when the illness becomes severe, the patient also will also find difficulties in remembering the conversation and event. They will gradually forget where they life, their family member, and even forget about themselves. Alzheimer is a type of illness that attack some functions of your brain including language, visuospatial skill, concentration, planning, organizing, and orientation. When the illness becomes severe, patients will often suffer hallucination, mood change, delusion, agitation, and aggressiveness. The patient will also has difficulties in walking and even eating; it is the reason why patients with Alzheimer disease need day to day support from his family.
